The monsters have been changed to medium sized models.
You can now enter with 2 people in the party.
Manaya’s Core
The “Pulsing Flame” effect no longer applies to [Melkatran], [Hrathgol], and [Shandra Manaya].
Magician’s Fortress
The “Pulsing Flame” effect no longer applies to [King Rajadu] (final boss).
The attack patterns of [King Rajadu] can no longer be cancelled by movement restricting skills such as the Archer’s Restraining Arrow.
To prevent outside players from obtaining the equipment as intended; items will not be available for those who did not clear the instance (ie. kill the final boss). Due to this some restrictions will be applied to the following:
Player will be unable to obtain the items if they revive in town when the boss is killed.
Player will be unable to obtain the items if they are disconnected when the boss is killed.
Skill Changes
Priest [Mana Charge] Adjustments
Effective range has increased from 12m to 16m.
Increased the duration of charge from 1.6 seconds to 3.2 seconds.
Festival Changes
Changed the level of the Toy Solar Car to 58.
The Festival of the Sun Carpet mount’s level is still 60. (It will be changed to 58 in the next patch.)
The Toy Solar Car has been renewed.
You will remain flagged if you are riding the Toy Solar Car.
You will be able to attack other players while in the Toy Solar Car even if you are not flagged for PvP.
Players who were crushed will sit down.
The tanks can be destroyed by other tanks.
Vacant tanks can also be destroyed.
Pop up messages have been added to several festival NPCs.
Recommended levels have been listed for festival teleportal NPCs.
